REGISTER TO SHOP IN FOOD PANTRY

Share does not require proof of financial need but you must provide annual verification that you live in Share's service area.
Step 1: Get the registration form

Print the attached registration form
(English version / Spanish version) ​

OR pick up a form at the Share Registration Desk, McLean Baptist Church, Door #8, 1367 Chain Bridge Road.
Step 2: Fill out the form and bring documents

Complete and sign the form.

Bring proof of address documents to the Share Registration Desk.

Step 3: Approval

If everything is correct, you can shop at the pantry the same day.

PROOF OF ADDRESS DOCUMENTS
• For Head of Household (main person applying):
• Photo ID

Two documents with your name and address from the last 2 months
Examples: driver’s license, phone bill, utility bill, bank statement, government letter, rental lease, medical bill (digital copies okay).
Not allowed: advertising mail or letters from Share.
• For each person in your home age 19 or older

One document with their name and address (see examples above).
• For students (K–12 and college)

One document that shows school enrollment. Examples: report card, free & reduced lunch letter, Fairfax County school document, SIS Parent View, college enrollment letter/email.
